All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

Supported destinations (Drop 001)

Due to customs regulations and freshness handling, Drop 001 is currently shipped only to the destinations listed below. Supported destinations may change based on logistics conditions.

Delivery time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is provided where available.

Discreet packaging

All parcels are shipped in neutral, discreet packaging with no product indication on the exterior.

Freshness during shipping

Drop 001 contains a perishable product. Transit times are optimized to preserve freshness. If your parcel arrives damaged, compromised, or significantly delayed, contact us immediately with photos and your order number.


Customs & local responsibility

Clear responsibility. No surprises later.

Drop 001 is lawfully marketed in the Netherlands. While we ship to supported destinations, national regulations and enforcement practices may differ.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the product is permitted for import and use in their country before ordering. NOA is not responsible for parcels delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities.


Returns

Because Drop 001 contains a perishable product, return eligibility is limited.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

Under EU consumer rules, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. For this reason, perishable products may be excluded from the standard withdrawal/return right.

  • Items damaged in transit (with photo evidence)

Return window

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund process

If your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
